Deutsches Jungvolk/Hitler-Jugend Trommelschere. It is constructed out of a die cast bronze/coper base that has been gilded. The shield shaped obverse features a Prussian style crowned eagle above two carrying hooks flanking the eagles tail to the bottom and a swivel top attachment piece that holds a leather hanger.
