Very well preserved gabadine jacket for an officer (major) of the Heer artillery. As you can see, the owner was awarded the DKiG and has a cloth version sewn on the right pocket. The DKiG is sewn period originally. The jacket has many traces of use in combat conditions. The officer who used it did not have the opportunity to exchange the jacket for a new one (due the service), but could only repair damages caused in combat. The jacket offered has an interesting history unknown to us and certainly deserves your interest.
