Service used Waffen-SS EM M43 cap with woven trapezoid, constructed of gabardine, lining is of beige colored flat cotton, side earmuff loops and bias are made of an off white gauze like fabric, lining is stamped in black ink size 56 over R43, with blue painted pebbled buttons, with well formed buttonholes, the woven trapezoid is machine straight stitched with wear, age yellowing and some abraded areas to the liner, there is one small hole on the right side, buttons have paint chips, otherwise there is no damage.
